Hi traders, and welcome to this training on signing up to Aeron Markets. You will have been given a very specific link by your introducer, so make sure that you sign up using that link. That is the first step.

If you have not received that link, please make sure you ask the person who invited you to join Aeron Markets here for their link specifically. Once you get it and click it, you will arrive at a page that looks like this. It will say “live registration,” and your first name, last name, email, and the country that you are in, along with your phone number, are what needs to be typed in.

So let me just put in a test right here, and I’ll see if it will let me use a funky email. Agree to the terms and conditions, complete the verification jigsaw there, and sign up.

And then, there we go, we are going to click the sign up button and let that load.

And now the account has been successfully created. Check your email for your login credentials. Once I have done that, first of all, you will get an email that looks like this.

One moment. So there is an email that will say Aeron Markets support, [email protected]. You can see here that “login details” is the subject line.

This right here is the link to the website, live.aeronmarkets.com, that you will log into with these credentials. But it does automatically log you in, as you have seen, once you have completed the first step of entering your personal information and creating a password. Then it is going to ask you to upload your ID, front and back, and proof of address.

It will also ask you for personal information after wallet creation, which you will just move through step by step. And then what will happen is that your trader dashboard will now appear, which is where everything you see in the training is, where you can request your trading wallets to connect to traders, deposit, and so on. It will not be available until they have approved your KYC.

The brokerage, that is. Once the brokerage approves your KYC, everything becomes accessible.

They need to do that. They work in London, Monday to Friday, on London hours. So if you have done this at a weekend, do not expect your KYC to be approved until Monday morning, and by that point you can continue moving forward.

By compliance, they have to approve these things at their desk. They have to look into your KYC and ensure there is no anti-money laundering or any of those issues, because we are here with a regulated A-book broker that is licensed and does everything by the book. So that is that. That is your first step into actually signing up and getting into your trader dashboard. Right there, you will have the ability to get your trading accounts together, deposit, and get connected to traders from there. All right, we will see you in the next one.

Back Office Overview & Dashboard Tour

Show transcript

Hello there, traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video we’re going to do an overview of your back office at Aeron Markets. Your back office means the place you end up once you log in to your live account. Once you log in to the Aeron Markets live portal, you’ll land on a trader dashboard. That’s the first thing you’ll see: the trader dashboard.

You’re already here. It’s going to look a little different from this one right now, and that’s okay. Just know that we’re going over the main foundational parts of this so that when you come and check out the next videos, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.

So, the trader dashboard and wallets. The wallet section here is actually all of our trading accounts. The trading account number is important. We’ll go over that in another video, but this is where all of your trading accounts will exist.

A trading account is a MetaTrader 5 account in this case. That’s a trading platform, and it’s where, if you’re changing your trades manually yourself, you’ll want to know your trading account number and your password so you can log in on MetaTrader 5 and execute some trades yourself.

It’s also an account that you need the number and password for in order to connect to a specific trader you want to follow, for example, in social trading. So the wallet section is really important. You can see there’s a request button, and there’s moving money between these wallets, which you can do. We’ll cover all of that.

The transaction section shows transactions that have happened in and out, transfers between wallets, and any deposits you’ve made, and so forth. The activity log again describes exactly what happened when you made a deposit, transfer, or withdrawal.

The next section over here covers wallets and the deposit and withdrawal buttons. They’ll bring up pop-ups. We can check all that out and go over it in detail in another video, but that’s your deposit and withdrawal access for both bank account and crypto.

Over here is social trading, with browse signals and my subscriptions. All of that is where your follow-a-trader information lives, along with how to browse and find a trader you want to follow. It all lives inside social trading right here.

So that’s it for this video. Those are the main components you need to understand. We’ll go into the next one and show you how to start getting your trading accounts.

Choosing Which Social Traders & Strategies to Follow

Show transcript

Hello there traders, and welcome to this training. In this video, you are going to be looking at how you would determine which traders you would like to follow. Each and every trader that comes into the business here, who is available to follow at Aeron Markets, will always have MyFXBook hooked up to their account. This is where you can look at the statistics and the historical gains of the traders, and decide, “Right, I would like to trade with one, two, or maybe four.” Once you have made this decision, you will know for the next step how many trading accounts you need to request from the broker.

This matters because you can only trade with a trader using one singular trading account at a time. You do not want to put multiple traders on one trading account, as that could absolutely cause chaos. So you have to keep one trading account per trader. This is why you want to determine which traders you want to work with first.

You will see the MyFXBook links below for each and every trader, and each one will pull up something like this. MyFXBook is a third-party verification tool. It verifies all of the trading data on a trading account.

We have these hooked into the traders’ accounts for the time they have been working within the company, though they have been trading a lot longer than that. The Sentinel Suite has been running since the start of 2024 with no losses. The Meridian Prime has been trading since 2021 with only two losing months.

This historical data is verified by the team before a trader is brought into the fold and allowed to operate as a social trader in this capacity. So when you click onto any of these links below, you will see the dates, the growth curve, and the historical gross gain. What is also really important to know is the drawdown. If the drawdown is rather large, you know there is a lot more risk with that particular trader.

Compared to others, you will see what has happened this week, this month, and this year, as well as the profitability of trades. There is a lot of information here that you can work through.

One thing that I love to go down to mostly is the monthly analytics bar chart, because you can just see what has been happening over the past months. You would have the same for Sentinel X, with all of that information laid out right there.

You would also have the same for Meridian Prime, with all the stats here as well. So you want to take a look at these. In terms of how we set up, we diversify across the board with traders.

We typically trade with all of them, but of course that is down to anybody’s choice. You can do whatever you want to do: trade with a couple, trade with all four, or trade with just one. It is totally down to you.

You have full control over your own segregated trading accounts with the broker, which you can withdraw from and deposit to freely. So go ahead, take a look at this information, decide who you want to trade with, and then we will see you in the next step where you get to request the trading accounts for each trader. All right, thank you.

Request Your First Trading Account (Wallet)

Show transcript

Hi there traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video we are going to go over how to request your first trading account, and how to do that.

The trading account is also known as a wallet. It is primarily a trading account, and the four digits attached to it are very important. While other references are still useful, the broker will always refer to your trading account by its MetaTrader 5 four-digit number.

That four-digit number is what you use to log into your MT5 if you want to do that. It is also what you refer to and use when you want to connect to a trader. It is really important to understand that this is what matters most with a trading account. So, to request your first one, you use the Request New Wallet button.

Before you go into this, there are a couple of things to know. If you are following a trader, or looking to follow one, take Meridian Prime as an example. Meridian Prime is available on the Social Trader Board.

The other traders, Sentinel X and the rest of the Sentinel Suite, are not available on the Social Trader Board. They run through an external Direct Connect, and there is a whole section covering that. Go ahead and visit the Direct Connect section to connect to those traders. Either way, you will still need a wallet, a trading account with them, before you can even connect.

Also understand that if you want to trade manually yourself, on an MT5 account alone and not following a trader, you can email Aeron Markets support for a standard USD account, or a GBP or euro account if that is what you are looking for, in case it is not already listed under Request New Wallet. But let us say, for example, that we want to follow Meridian Prime. We click Request New Wallet, and you will notice that Meridian Prime appears as one of the optional wallets.

The Sentinel Suite options are all on the other side. You could request several of these wallets, for example to set up separate accounts for each Sentinel Suite trader, so they populate in your back office. For Meridian Prime, you just request it once.

Each trading account has to be specific to its purpose. You do not want to take one Sentinel account and put Meridian Prime on it, and then put all the other Sentinel traders on that same account, because that will cause mayhem and create issues with the trades themselves.

It has to be clean. You need a trading account per trader, and also a separate trading account for yourself if you want one outside of an account that is following a trader.

So in this case, nice and clean and simple, I am going to select Meridian Prime and click Proceed. When I do that, it will show up in the Requested Wallet section.

This section simply means the account has not been populated in my wallet section yet with the trading account. Why is that? The broker is in London, and by compliance they have to approve every single trading account for each person who requests one.

That is part of the system. They work Monday to Friday, roughly 8:00 a.m. through to 6:00 p.m. UK time.

So if you request a wallet on a Saturday, or on a Friday evening, you probably will not get it until Monday morning. If you do it during the week, you will usually get it the next day.

Unless you request it very early in the morning, in which case you might get it that same morning. They stay on top of it with their support team every day, and they are very good, customer-facing brokers, to say the least.

Once this gets approved by the broker, the leverage will change to 1:500, because these types of wallets have to be 1:500. The leverage and all the settings in the actual trading account are done for you automatically. You do not need to do anything apart from requesting the account. It will then come into the wallet section with a green light and the name of the trader, if you requested a trading account that is going to follow a specific trader. That way there is no confusion, the account is ready to make a deposit into, and it is also ready to connect to a trader if that is what you are doing.

Okay guys, so that is it for this video on how you actually request a wallet. In the next one we will make a deposit. Thanks for watching.

Deposit Funds Into Your Trading Accounts

Show transcript

Hi there traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video we’re going to go over how to deposit into your trading accounts. By now you would have had some trading accounts populated, at least one if not multiple, and now you want to deposit funds into them. Whether it’s for following a trader or for manual trading, whatever it is you’re doing, you need to get funds in there. There are two ways you can do this.

If we click this deposit box first, we’ll show you. There is a bank transfer that you can do, and yes, they do accept wires from US bank accounts. All these coins over here are a crypto deposit that you can use as well, which runs through a payment processor called CoinPayments.

So, once you’ve clicked deposit and decided whether you’re doing bank or crypto, click down on the wallet dropdown box right here. You’ve got all of your trading accounts there. You’ll see those four numbers, the MT5 account numbers, and they’re also named. You would have already had Meridian Prime populated and named for you by the broker. The others will say Sentinel.

You’ll identify which one is your Sentinel X account. Go ahead and click the account that you want to fund first, then put in the amount that you want to fund it with. Let’s show you the example of a bank transfer.

We click wire transfer here. I never personally bother with the bonus agreements, especially when following a trader, because it adds credit. It may help you get a higher lot size, but it’s really not necessary and sometimes it messes up copy trading. So if you’re following a trader, I would leave that out. Then click on deposit.

This is what pops up. Whatever bank you’re using, you’re going to go ahead and input these details as a payee, whether that’s in person at the bank or through your online banking. You’ve got all the information here. The international banking code is here, the name of the bank, the address, everything is there, ready for you to make the payment that they’re expecting from you.

Now, the most important thing to note when you’re sending a bank transfer is your identifier. This has to be somewhere in the payment, be it the reference, the memo, or whatever it is your bank allows. You need to make sure they include this identifier code so that when Aeron Markets receives the funds, they can match it to your particular trading account and put the money directly into that account for you. So that’s extremely important. You can export a PDF of this if you want, so you have all the information.

The bank details don’t change, but you do need to start a fresh deposit each and every time for whatever trading account you’re depositing into, because it will generate a different identifier. So that’s really important for bank deposits. Let me close that window.

Now let me show you what it looks like if you do crypto. If you click deposit and then go ahead and select, this time we’ll put it on Sentinel X, and we’ll put about 10K into that one. Crypto is the tab right here.

Click CoinPayments. We’re ignoring the bonus agreement in this example. There are a bunch of cryptos here that you can deposit with. The ones that I find work more frequently and smoothly are USDT ERC20, USDT TRC20, Solana, Bitcoin, and ETH. Those are really the ones that seem to work immediately, so keep that in mind.

Overall, I’ve found that USDT ERC20 is the cheapest of them all in gas, and very fast, so that’s the one I particularly use. That’s just my preference. So you select the crypto that you want, you’ve got the amount in, you’ve got the wallet selected that you want to deposit into, and once you’ve chosen crypto, click deposit.

What’s going to happen now is that if you have an ad or pop-up blocker, you’re going to have to click proceed after 5 seconds. As you can see, mine doesn’t, so it takes me straight to this page. This is CoinPayments Legacy, an official crypto payment processor that the brokers have to use as per compliance. You have two QR codes.

If your wallet supports a QR code that fills in the amount for you as well, then that’s awesome. If not, either of these will work with your wallet and will just populate the address. This is the address right here. If you’re copying and pasting, that’s where you need to copy the address from.

Always double-check addresses, of course. Always check the last five characters and the first five characters to be sure you’ve got the correct address with crypto. You can see here it says amount remaining. Notice that when I put 10K in as the deposit, it’s actually asking me for 10,000.44 USDT ERC20. If I don’t include that 44 cents, it’s going to delay the payment.

It might even reject it until I get that 44 cents in, and then the request might time out and cause an issue. Then you have to get in touch with support at aeronmarkets.com, let them know there was a timeout and that you didn’t send the extra 44 cents or whatever it was. Then they go and find the whole payment and put it in there.

You don’t want to do that, because then you’re just delaying your deposit by a few days. So make sure you put the exact amount into your wallet that it’s asking you for. In this case, 10,000.44 USDT ERC20. I put that into my wallet, I scan the QR code or I copy and paste the address, whichever I’m doing.

And I make sure this is all done within 3 hours. If it’s not, I’ll get an email saying my payment got rejected. Even if I didn’t make the payment, it will still send that email, just so you know. That’s all fine.

There is a payment ID here. You might want to note that down for your own reference, or just screenshot the whole thing. Once you’ve sent the funds into CoinPayments, it will take, depending on the crypto and the blocks, anywhere between just 5 minutes and up to an hour to register. Any crypto deposits under 10,000 USD will automatically be approved by the system. When it’s received, this page will turn to show a green “paid” piece of text from Aeron Markets. Then you’d go back to your trader dashboard, and after that paid page has appeared, the funds arrive in your trading account wallet within about 5 to 10 minutes.

So you’ll see that happen. Now, if it’s over 10,000 USD that you’re depositing via crypto, it’s going to need approval by the broker. It’s not done automatically. So if you’ve done this at a weekend, don’t expect it to be taken care of until Monday if it’s over 10,000 USD. That’s really important to understand. If you’ve done it during the week, of course, it’ll be taken care of the following day, within 24 hours, say 24 to 48 hours to be safe, that your deposit will be approved by the broker Monday to Friday inside your account.

So those are the really important things to note. Of course, with bank transfers, they also need to be recognized; check with the bank and so forth. So that has to be a Monday-to-Friday situation. If you’ve done it at the weekend, things aren’t going to be checked and looked at to see whether the funds have arrived in their bank, to check your identifier and fund your trading account. If it’s Monday to Friday, like I said, 24 to 48 hours, but they’re really good at doing it within 24 hours. If you have any issues, you just email support at aeronmarkets.com and they will take care of you.

So that is everything to do with deposits. I hope you’ve enjoyed this video, and we’ll see you in the next one.

Making a Live Crypto Deposit (Worked Example)

Show transcript

Hi there traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video we’re going to do a live crypto deposit as a bonus to the deposit section. Right now we’re looking at funding an account that we want to social trade with. That is, we want this account, Meridian Prime 2602.

We want this account to be funded with at least the minimum required to follow Meridian Prime’s trades hands-free on this account. I know that the minimum for Meridian Prime is 500 dollars, so I’m just going to do this as an example.

I click deposit, then I click the drop-down menu on the wallet section and select 2602, which is Meridian Prime. I can see it written there, and I’m going to put in 500 dollars. I’m going to choose crypto. You can also do a wire transfer, of course, but that will take around 24 hours, Monday to Friday, because the brokers at their desk have to approve it.

Anything in crypto under 10,000 dollars gets approved automatically. Depending on the chain you’re sending it on, it could arrive anywhere from about 10 to 30 minutes at most, and often even less than that. So I’m actually going to go with USDT ERC20.

It’s nice and fast for me, and I like the Ethereum network. So we’re going to click deposit. One note: if you have an ad blocker, it won’t automatically populate the coin payments screen the way it does for me here. In that case you’d have to click proceed.

In this case I didn’t have to. Just remember that you have to make sure you send this exact amount. I’m going to copy that right there. There is also a copy-and-paste version down here. If I really want to be thorough, I can use that.

I’ve copied that, and I’m going to copy that amount directly into my own crypto wallet. I’m going to select USDT ERC20 on my phone. I’m going to scan the QR code in front of me, and I’m going to make sure that address is correct, at least by the first five characters while I can see it. Then I’m going to send 500.43 USDT ERC20.

I’m going to confirm the address again using the last five characters. It looks correct to me, and I’m happy to send it. I’m going to click confirm for sending 500.43 USDT ERC20, which actually amounts to just over 500 dollars. I think it’s about 500 dollars and 12 cents in value, but it will register as 500.

So I’m going to leave that running for a second here. I’m going to pause, come back, and show you the time. In fact, let me show you the time right now: it’s 9:38 p.m. where I am.

We’ll leave that running for a second, and I’ll pause and come straight back to show you the time again. The paid confirmation page has just shown up. I’ll check the time again, and you can see it’s now 9:40.

So we started at 9:38, just a couple of minutes to wait until coin payments, the crypto payment processor that Aeron uses, has confirmed the payment to Aeron. If we come back to the trader dashboard now, it may not happen immediately. We may have to wait a moment, maybe another five to 10 minutes or even less, for this balance to populate. Let me do a refresh just in case. We’re still waiting on it right now.

We can see that this little green arrow right here means there is a pending deposit. We know that has been confirmed. So now we’re just waiting for coin payments to send the confirmation to Aeron’s automation to say, “We’ve got the 500 dollars,” and it will appear right here as balance and equity.

Once we’ve got this account funded with 500 dollars, remember this wallet is specific. I can’t stress it enough. This 2602 wallet is very specific to trading with Meridian Prime only. It’s very important that you keep the MT5 trading accounts clean and know exactly who they’re trading with.

The same goes if it’s your own manual trading account. (Speaker references an unclear account name here.) If you’re using an account that you’re following a trader on, and you jump on it because you’re following that trader for the profit and loss they make month in and month out, and then you start trading that account yourself, you might end up asking, “What happened to my Meridian Prime account?” Or you might accidentally trade it because the accounts weren’t kept separate. So you always want to label these accounts and make it very clear. You can do so by clicking the three dots and renaming a wallet at any time. The brokers themselves, when you request these wallets, will make them specific to the ones you want to trade with and follow.

While I’m chatting away here, let’s do another refresh. We’ll wait again. Let’s check the time once more: it’s 9:42 p.m. Let’s give it a second and see what happens. There we go, that just came through as well.

We’ve got the balance right here. Equity, 500 dollars. If we check the time right now, here we go: 9:43. It didn’t take much time at all. So that’s how quick the process is to make a quick deposit of the minimum amount required, in this case to trade with Meridian Prime. Now that we’ve got this, we can go ahead and connect to our social trader. So see you in the next video for that.

Move Money Between Accounts & Withdraw Funds

Show transcript

Hello traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video, we are going to go over how to move money between your trading accounts and also how you can execute withdrawals. Let’s start with moving money first. I have a bunch of trading accounts here.

I have the Move Money button right here. If I click that, this pop-up box appears. It shows the account that I am moving from, the account that I am moving to, the amount I want to move, and an optional message field if you want to add one.

So if I click this drop-down menu for the “from” account, I am going to take money from this account, the one ending in 2564, and put it into my holding wallet account. Let’s say I am going to move 100 dollars, for example, just to keep it simple.

I click Move Money, and there we have it. Now you can see that my balance has changed, dropping to 335 dollars.

And now in my holding wallet, I have 100 dollars. If I had not meant to do that, no worries. You just go back to Move Money, select the holding wallet, and transfer that 100 dollars straight back. You can see how quick and simple this is when you need to move money between trading accounts at any point.

You can even do this while accounts are trading, which is really useful.

So that is how easy moving money is. The other option you will want to look at is withdrawals. To start, you click the Withdraw button.

If I go to my account here and I am going to make a wire transfer, I would click that and put in my bank information as stated.

You can actually save those details. Once you have entered them once, you name the account, and then you can request the withdrawal. All bank withdrawals will take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

They are pretty good at processing it next day, as long as it is Monday to Friday. If it is the weekend and you requested it over the weekend, do not expect it to be executed until Monday.

This is because the brokerage is only at their desk Monday to Friday, UK time. So that is how you do all of that. If you wanted to make a crypto withdrawal, you would of course put in the amount. I should have done that in the bank section as well.

You want to put in the amount that you want to withdraw. Say it was 400 dollars here. You click Coin Payments. You would have an address in here that you want to withdraw to, and then you would select the crypto that you want to withdraw in.

Just a note: that will again be executed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday, with no issues there. One thing I will note about withdrawals is this. When you deposit, say, from your US bank account, you only have that denomination in US dollars.

So you can only withdraw to a US bank account if that is all your trading accounts are filled with. If it is just crypto, then you would only be able to deposit and withdraw in crypto only. If you have a mix, the system knows the denominations between the amount of USD and the amount of crypto that you have in your trading accounts, and therefore you can do mixes of deposits and withdrawals to the denominations of what you deposited and the profits made in those denominations.

So you can mix this between crypto and bank if you need to. You are not strictly limited to just one or the other. But by compliance, they have to make sure that they are giving you, by denomination, the amounts that you deposited via US bank versus crypto, and so on. So just understand that.

That is it for this video on how you make and execute withdrawals. They are done pretty swiftly. If you ever have a delay beyond that 24 to 48 hour period, it is easy enough to just email the Aeron Markets support team, who are really great. (Note: the support email address stated in the video was unclear in the audio, so please refer to your official Aeron Markets account for the correct contact.) The broker themselves actually gets behind that email quite a lot directly, and you are talking to them quite a bit. So they always take care of business.

All right, that is it for this video. We will see you in the next one.

Connect to a Social Trader for Copy Trading

Show transcript

Hey there traders, welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video, we are going to go over how to connect to a trader using the social trading board at Aeron Markets. Now, not every trader is on this social trading board.

There are some specifics for the Sentinel Suite. If you are going to connect to the Sentinel Suite, you need to go through the Direct Connect trading section to get connected to those, as it is a different copier system and a unique strategy that needs faster execution. Meridian Prime, however, works beautifully in this social trader, so we are going to take our first step.

We have at least the minimum of 500 dollars in Meridian Prime and the strategy. We are going to go over to social trading, now that I know my account 2602 has the funds in it. You want to remember your trading account number, 2602.

It is relevant to Meridian Prime, and you will see why as we move through this. I am going to click browse signals, and I am going to locate Meridian Prime.

I am going to connect to Meridian Prime by clicking follow. Then I am going to select a wallet where it says select wallet, selecting the trading account that I want to connect Meridian Prime to.

I want to connect Meridian Prime to my Meridian Prime account. This is really important. As I said before, you have to keep your trading accounts to that one purpose.

Use the Meridian Prime wallet and trading account for Meridian Prime, and the Sentinel wallet and trading account just for Sentinel. You do not put Sentinel X on a Meridian account and follow them in one trading account. So for Meridian Prime, we click on this. We have 500 dollars in there, which is the minimum, the follow minimum balance shown right here. Note that there is a performance fee. You can click this for an explanation if you like, but a performance fee is how the trader gets paid. Thirty percent per month is a charge placed on your trading account only if there have been profits, meaning if there have been no profits, no performance fee is taken from your account at all. But if they make, for example, a 20 percent gain, then 30 percent of that 20 percent gain is automatically deducted that month, at the end of the month or start of the next month, from your trading account to pay the trader for their performance.

That is why it is called a performance fee. So you will never have to worry about that being taken out unless there is profit on top of the capital you deposited.

Now the next thing to note is the 2602 follower account trading account password. We need to go and find, in our email from Aeron Markets, the password that was given.

You may have written it down already. If you have not, just search your email for it. So 2602 is what I am going to remember. Then I am going to go to my email, and I have typed in MT5 to search, because the subject comes in as MT5 platform login details.

That is the trading platform. Aeron sends these as soon as they open a trading account for you, once you have requested it and they have placed it in your back office. You will have an email like this.

2602 is what I am looking for. I am going to take this password, copy it to my clipboard, which I just did, and then paste it directly into here.

What does this do? It allows the copier to read the account and then write and place the trades of Meridian Prime’s account onto this account. You can only do it if you put a master password of the trading account inside it. So that is how you find that.

Make sure again to search for MT5, and you find the login, the actual trading account number, and the password to put into the social trading copier here at Aeron. Then you click next. The next section is just copier settings.

You do not want to do anything else other than proportional by equity. What that does is, if Meridian Prime was trading a million-dollar account and your account is just 500 dollars, and Meridian Prime risks 1 percent to make a 3 percent gain, then that is a 1 to 3 percent gain on that million dollars, whereas it is just a 1 to 3 percent gain on your 500 dollar account. So no matter what it is, the risk is the same as what the master account is doing, just in proportion to your equity, your balance, in this case 500 dollars.

You want to keep it at one. If, for example, the master account was risking 1 percent to make 3 percent and you change this to two, then your account would actually risk 2 percent to make 6 percent. If you did 1.5, then it would be risking about half of that, in between what we just discussed, or half the risk of the master. It is best to just keep it on one. The traders have their strategy, they have set it by what they are doing. The risk factor section is at your own discretion. If you want to increase or decrease it, that is absolutely up to you. It is your account and you control it. Minimum size lots is 0.01. You can leave that as is, that is not a problem. Max size lots you can leave as zero as well.

You can also leave everything else on here as is. I would just leave it like that, completely fine. Then you click finish. That gets you hooked up to the copier right away, as soon as this little circle stops doing its business.

Then it takes you straight back to the social trader board. If you want to confirm that you are connected, go to my subscriptions underneath the social trading tab. You can see here Meridian Prime. You have one active subscription, Meridian Prime.

It is going to give you all the details from your trading account, what settings you have, and when the performance fee interval is. If you wanted to change any of these settings, you click the three dots and click edit subscription. You can change all of your copier settings here should you wish. Then if you needed to cancel, you would click cancel.

When you cancel, as in you want to stop copying Meridian Prime, it will not take effect until the following day. Ten p.m. GMT is rollover time with this system, which means whatever you execute that needs to be confirmed will just be done within 24 hours later, Monday to Friday.

So that is how you get connected to a trader on the social trading copier. Again, if you are going to go with the Sentinel Suite, go to the Direct Connect section training, and happy trading to you all.

Why the Sentinel Suite Needs a Direct Connect

Show transcript

Hi traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video, we are going to go over why there are now two copiers. One is internal to Aeron Markets: the social trader copier, where you can click follow on certain traders. The other is a Direct Connect service, which works differently, outside of Aeron, and it is specifically for the Sentinel Suite.

It is only for Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z, and we are going to learn why. The reason this came to the table is that, over some amount of time, it was noticed that the follower accounts, the people following Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z with their MT5 trading accounts, were capturing only half or less of the master’s gain. For example, if Sentinel made a 5.40 percent gain on one trade, a follower account would make just about three percent, sometimes one, and at worst I have seen it at around 0.94 percent compared to the 5.40 percent they should have been making.

The reason this is specific to the Sentinel Suite is that it is a high-velocity scalping system: an EA and trader combined, which has been triumphant every single month since 2024. The trades on this strategy open and close within seconds. You are sitting around waiting for them, and then suddenly, there it is.

There are one to three trades in a week, lasting five seconds to a minute at most. The execution speed on a copier for this type of strategy needs to be absolutely elite in order to capture the full gain. When the broker, Aeron Markets, was informed, they identified the issue and began investigating immediately, looking more at the broker side: what could they do, outside of the copy software, to try to stitch all this together. That copy software, by the way, is part of a full suite the broker has to rent every single month.

It is quite costly. It does not just apply to the copier; it is actually the full back office you interact with, with all the automation. So it is quite a system.

They started looking into a couple of things. First, they changed the top of book from five lots to ten lots, which would help get a better fill. They had the slippage sensitivity adjusted by the platform’s technical team, to help reduce it if it was a slippage issue. In addition, they added another liquidity provider for even better fills. This had some improvement, but not to the degree that it needed.

It was clear to me that it was a limitation of the third-party copy infrastructure. So while the broker did that amazing work, which is top grade, an A-plus A-book broker giving elite customer service, the breakthrough came through the Direct Connect. The Direct Connect was something that was being tested even before this came about.

There were certain accounts already connected to this copier before the investigation began, and the follower accounts on the Direct Connect were hitting the master’s full gain. If anything, the slippage would be maybe a quarter of a percent here and there, on either side. So that 5.40 percent gain slipped the other way on one of the accounts I saw following on the Direct Connect, ending up as about a 5.50 percent gain. It will slip either way, but at least it is enough to capture as close to the master as possible, because the executions are so fast.

The fills became clean. The copy quality matched the master exactly. That showed us that the latency on the third-party platform was the bigger issue. With that said, the platform does work very well for most of the traders and the master traders that you can follow.

So if it is Sentinel, Sentinel X, or Sentinel Z, they need this Direct Connect in order to execute well with follower accounts. But for anyone else, if there is Meridian Prime or others, you can follow those on the social trading board at Aeron, because the execution is solid over there with those non-high-velocity scalping strategies. That has been the solution. The Direct Connect service, as I said, and I really want to drive this home, is the service that can actually match all of the Sentinel Suite’s execution demands. It is the only option available to follow any Sentinel strategy.

That, again, is Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z. The Direct Connect is going to give you incredibly fast execution, perfect fills, and the solid, consistent gain on your account that you are looking for. It is built for high-velocity precision strategies, namely the Sentinel Suite. All other traders copy fine through the back office and the social trading board at Aeron Markets.

This is just Sentinel-specific. With that said, this is an elite copier, and there is a small monthly cost to it. To give you this ahead of time: when you fill out the form, you will be asked to deposit an initial amount of just 20 USD in USDC on ERC20 specifically. Once that is taken care of, you will get your connection for the first month straight to the copier. For every month thereafter, if there is a monthly cost to keep this going and for maintenance, that will be automatically deducted from your trading account every month.

So you do not even have to think about it. Once you have made this first initial deposit of USDC on ERC20, it is taken out of your trading account month to month thereafter, with no thought required whatsoever. So no worries there. That is it for this video. We will see you on the other side, trading with the Sentinels, and thank you for watching.

Note: the speaker refers to a third-party copy and back-office platform by a vendor name that could not be confirmed from the audio; it is described generically above as “the third-party copy platform” / “back office.”

Submit for the Sentinel Suite Direct Connect Service

Take the next step
Show transcript

Welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video, we are going to look at how to submit for your social trading VIP service, which again is with the Sentinel Suite only. That is Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z. If you have got this far and those are not the traders you are looking to trade with, and you instead want a different trader, for example Meridian Prime, please go through the relevant steps for that elsewhere.

Otherwise, you are in the right place. So, if we are trading with the Sentinel Suite, we want to go ahead and submit our MetaTrader 5 credentials and go through this form.

We are going to click on “click here to get connected” as our first step. Then we are going to be on this activation page, where you are going to see some legal terms. You can read through this legal text. This is actually going to be per trading account.

So, for every trading account you want for Sentinel, be it Sentinel, Sentinel X, or Sentinel Z, you will go through this process three times, because the terms and conditions are per trading account that you are using with this service.

The subscription administrative fee that you are agreeing to is 20 USDC upfront, initiated in USDC ERC20. Then there will be a recurring 20 USDC subscription fee that comes directly out of your trading account each month, so long as your account is connected and trading with either Sentinel, Sentinel X, or Sentinel Z. This is per trading account.

Once we have gone through that, we can type in our name. Your full name would be it. I am just doing this for mock purposes. So you type your full name in here, and then you go ahead and type in your first and last name.

Then, of course, all the usual information here. Just to note, this email address has to be the one that you registered with Aeron Markets. Do not put in a different email address.

Make sure it is the one that you registered with Aeron Markets, the broker. The same goes for the phone number. Make sure it is the phone number that you registered with Aeron Markets, including the country code, plus one for the USA for example.

Then there is Telegram. Telegram is for if you want to be a part of our very active Telegram community, which gives lots of updates on the social trading and lets you interact with the team and the people involved. That is absolutely optional.

Then there is the account type section. What this section relates to is which Sentinel it is that you would like to trade with. Remember, one form equals one Sentinel. You cannot select all three.

So if you know that you want to trade with just Sentinel Z and Sentinel, then you would do one or the other right away. You fill out this information, then you go back through the same process again and come back and do it for Sentinel the second time, and if you wanted all three, Sentinel X for the third time, for example. So, however many Sentinels you need, you do this process for each Sentinel trading account.

They are all separate in agreement, and they all have a separate small subscription fee that is required. So, I am going to do Sentinel Z for example. Then my MetaTrader trading account. My MetaTrader trading account is what I would have got from my email that I showed you in the first video.

To give you an example again of what that would look like, I am going to show you. So if I go over to my trader dashboard in Aeron Markets, as before, I am looking for my Sentinel Z account that I identified earlier, and that is the account number. So then I go to my email and I search for MT5.

Try to find the MT5 platform login details emails. You may have a few of them. You want to make sure that you have the one that is relevant to the Sentinel Z, which I have, ending in 2593.

Is that right? Let us just double check that. Sentinel Z, 2593. You may have noted this down already.

So I am just going to copy the password. Knowing that it is 2593, I go back to my form. I put in 2593 for Sentinel Z. I copy in the master password from the email that Aeron Markets gave me.

That is an extremely important step. The type of account, the MetaTrader 5 account number relating to the account, and the master password. This equals one.

If you do Sentinel X or Sentinel and you want to do those two as well, you need to come back and do the same for Sentinel X with the relevant trading account number and relevant master password. Now the balance multiplier. Overall, you can read all of this; again, this is all at your own risk. There are no recommendations here at all and no financial advice, just for educational purposes only.

I personally keep everything at 1x, which means the balance of my trading account will trade in proportion to its own balance compared to what the master risks. So, if the master account is risking one or two percent and the master account is a million dollars, but my account is only 5,000 dollars, it will risk one or two percent of that 5,000 dollars, not one or two percent of a million dollars, because it could not. So, that is what that means. It just means you are risking the same as the trader, scaled to the size of your balance.

If you wanted to do a little less, say half, or do one and a half, or double the risk, or whatever, at your own discretion you can put that information in with this drop-down menu. That will be how the copy settings are programmed for you. Of course, that can be edited and changed at any time you wish. So go ahead and click next once you have selected your balance.

This will be just the first one-time payment to activate your Direct Connect service. It is only USDC on the Ethereum chain. You can use any DeFi wallet you have, be it Exodus, MetaMask, or what have you, or do it straight from an exchange like Coinbase or Kraken or whatever you are using. This will just be the address that you are going to send it to for that first payment.

Again, the amount is 20 dollars. You send USDC ERC20, not the other one. This blue USDC, this one right here. Once you have sent that, you will also have to put in your transaction hash.

This is just a reference and a receipt to prove that you have made payment. So, once that is taken care of, that will then get you engaged with the copier. Then the 20 dollars per month to continue will come directly out of your trading account.

So, you will not have to worry about any subscription or anything like that. That is why this is set up in this way. So, let me show you how to find a transaction hash. I have got an Exodus wallet open right now, which is this one right here.

So, I am going to click on the Exodus wallet. If you need to find the USDC, if you are using such a wallet, you can click search in the top bar and type USDC. Then you can click send.

Then you can easily click the top right hand corner, this box right here, to scan. Then you enter the amount and send the amount. Double check the address. You have got that ready to go.

So that is how you get USDC. It will also ensure that it is USDC on the Ethereum chain, which here it says at the top is the ETH network.

You have got Ethereum and Solana. It is the ETH network, which equals USDC ERC20.

20 dollars worth. So, how you find a transaction hash: once you have sent that, you will have, pretend this bit here is USDC, this Tether USD, because anything that you have sent out of your wallet, or Coinbase, or wherever, will appear, and you can go ahead to the history and tap, you know, this one sent here for example. You can click on the transaction itself.

Then it will have a transaction ID, and I just copied that by clicking on it. It can also take me to the actual website if I click on it. But if you hold and press it, that is copied. Then I go ahead and I can paste that straight into there.

That is the transaction hash. As you can see, it is the transaction ID, otherwise known as the TX ID. Then that is posted into here.

Then I would submit. And there we have it. We now have a confirmation that we have received your Direct Connect service information for the Sentinel Suite, whichever Sentinel you have requested.

Furthermore, you will be notified by email once your connection of either the Sentinel, Sentinel X, or Sentinel Z form has been completed. You can only do one trading account, one Sentinel per form.

If anybody has any issues with depositing in USDC ERC20 to get started, feel free to contact our support team, and we will do our best to support you on that, find the best way for you to get your initial payment sorted, and then move you forward into the 20 dollars per month just being taken out of your trading account automatically each month, which is far more convenient. So that is that.

Adjust Your Direct Connect Settings

Take the next step
Show transcript

Hello there, traders, and welcome to this Aeron Markets training on how to adjust your copier settings for the VIP social trading service. This is for the Sentinel Suite, Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z strategies only. If it is any other trader that you are following and you want to change the copier settings for with Aeron Markets, you will want to redirect yourself to the personal social trading account copy settings instead. But for Sentinels, we are in the right place.

The first step you are going to take is to click here to change your balance multiplier, which is what controls your risk in your copier settings. So we click on this, and it takes us to a form.

We will have a disclaimer and some legal information about the changes you are agreeing to here. Type in your full name, your first and last name, and click next to agree to that.

Then enter your first and last name. It is very simple. After that, select the Sentinel type account that you are looking to change the risk settings on. So, for example, if we select Sentinel X, we go down to “select a balance multiplier.” If we decided we wanted to risk half more than what the master is risking, we would click 1.50x. That would mean that at the 1x ratio, you are risking the same as what the master is, as per your balance. No matter what the master account balance is, this adds half more risk on top.

It is really well explained here, so you can take the time to check this explanation out, and once you are happy with your choice, you go and click submit. It is as simple as that. You will then get a confirmation email and response from the social trading support address letting you know that your risk is now 1.50x in this case, for example.

All right, that is it for this video. We will see you in the next one.

Cancel Your Direct Connect Service

Take the next step
Show transcript

Hi there, traders. Welcome to this Aeron Markets training. In this video we are going to be looking at how to cancel your Direct Connect service. This is for the Sentinel Suite only: Sentinel, Sentinel X, and Sentinel Z. As a reminder, if it is not one of the Sentinels, please redirect to the appropriate guide for your service. To cancel your Sentinel, Sentinel X, or Sentinel Z Direct Connect service, you would click the “click here to cancel your Direct Connect service” button right here.

That will take you to a form. In this form there will be some legal terms to go over. Read those as you wish.

Type in your full name. Then go ahead and click next to agree, using the first and last name of the account whose service you are looking to cancel on the copier. You will stop getting the trades completely from that trader upon this submission, within 24 hours.

Once the trades are cancelled, note that if there are any open positions, they will be closed out. With the Sentinel Suite there most likely will not be any open positions, considering how it trades, but do note that at the time of termination, if there are any open positions, they will be cancelled out immediately upon termination of this service.

So that is that, and thank you for watching. Happy trading to you.
