Logging In & Back-Office Tour
Show transcript
Hi there, white hat traders, and welcome to this video where we’re going to be looking at logging in to your BlueStarFX back office. By now you would have signed up to a BlueStarFX account, and you would have your credentials, being your email address and password, for the back-office site at my.bluestarfx.net. So here we are.
We are at the my.bluestarfx.net address on my computer. This is on my computer on a web browser, and this is on my phone. You can see on the web browser, you have to go to the web browser on your phone and put in my.bluestarfx.net.
To get to the same page, you can see here it’s very similar. Obviously, it’s a bit squeezed in. The login button on the computer is the top right.
On the phone, it’s the bottom left. So I’m going to go ahead and click login on my phone over there, and login top right on my computer over here. And here we’re going to put in the email address that we used to sign up with BlueStarFX.
Let me just type it into my phone as well there, just doing the exact same thing. And then we shall go ahead and put in the password that we got with our account when we signed up, and click login.
Right here you’ll see we’re straight at our dashboard. So we’re logged into our back office at BlueStarFX. In the back office at BlueStarFX, this is a place where you can deposit your funds to go into a trading account that you’ll transfer those funds into, into an investor account if you’re doing social trading, into your own trading account if you’re doing your own trading, or both.
You can do all of that. You can withdraw your capital, your equity, from here directly to your own wallet, external, outside of BlueStarFX. You can set up demo accounts and live accounts in here.
You can set up investor accounts to be able to join social trading. You can check out your transaction history. You can do everything and all the above to do with your trading account. So let’s just look at the back office from where we stand once we log in.
We are at the dashboard. That’s where we start. And this is also the dashboard. You’ll notice on the phone the menu will be next to your initials here, right?
If you click this button, the three lines, then you’ll get the same menu here. You’ll get it over here now. So let’s just go back to our dashboard so we know what we’re looking at here.
Let me just click that again. I think I could click the X. There we go.
It gets out of the way. So at our dashboard, we’ve got last transactions, for example. All the most recent transactions we’ve done, be it transfers, deposits, withdrawals, whatever, they all appear here. And if you click all, it’ll take you directly to the transactions section.
If you wanted to get there quickly, which you can see here, it’s taken me to transaction history. It’s exactly the same if you do it here on the phone. You click all and it takes you to your transactions.
They’ll look a little different because there’s less space on a phone, but this is essentially where all of this information online is basically one of these. If you click this drop-down box, you’ll see the wallet address and everything else, which is really useful because you’ve got basically the TX ID, which is really the receipt to show that transaction exists on the blockchain, right?
And if you’ve been through our cryptocurrency series, you’ll understand what that means. If not, please go check it out. So that’s just a very quick, easy way of looking at what have been your deposits, what have been your withdrawals?
What have been your transfers? Both on computer and phone, everything that you’ve done internally with your broker account is just right here at your fingertips to be able to see. If you’re like, ah, when did I withdraw that?
When did I transfer this? How much have I put into this account overall, etc.? You can see it all there. So I’m just going back to the dashboard here. As the dashboard, we have the portfolio section here on the computer over here, and then it just says balance here on mobile. So there are some different buttons over here saying balance and portfolio at the top, but this section essentially, in both areas, is the same. And this $369 I’ve got here is just what I have in what’s called my fiat wallet. There are three different wallets you can get that live in your back office.
The wallet is what you can withdraw from. You can see here it says wallet.
Wallet balance. I’ve clicked on that.
I could do the same here, wallet balance. The same thing when I click all trading accounts. If I’ve got any live trading accounts, it will show me the balances of those.
So that’s what that does. Now, with the wallet, again, this is the only place that you can actually withdraw from, is the wallet. You can’t withdraw direct.
Usually you have to transfer from a trading account to a wallet to be able to withdraw. But again, there’s a whole other video on that that you’ll see following this one here. So that’s what that section is. You can even click the deposit button directly from here if you wanted to deposit right away, right?
And it will take you to the deposit section, where you can actually go ahead and select the cryptocurrency that you wish to pay with, the type of USDT stable coin, and click send request. Once you do that, it will give you the wallet address or the QR code.
You can scan that with your DeFi wallet, put the wallet address in, and make sure that you are sending to this address. It’s on the correct blockchain, right? Which, in this case, we’ve done USDT ERC20, which I’ve got to make sure that my address matches this ERC20, that it’s on the Ethereum network, right?
More on the cryptocurrency videos to help you with that, but that’s how you’d make a quick deposit. And where you want to send it to is your back-office fiat wallet, most likely. Or another wallet that you might have created that is a Bitcoin wallet or an XRP wallet. All those three, USD, Bitcoin and XRP, are wallets that you can have ready to deposit into in your back office here, in the selection of cryptos that are available.
So going back to the dashboard, and also to note, what I just did here you can do exactly on the phone as well, by clicking deposit, and all the same stuff is here. It’s just more stacked on top of each other because there’s less space. If I just select that, then you can see all the cryptos here that you can deposit into, which crypto types with that particular payment method, which again will just be whether there are two networks or one.
It’ll just tell you exactly which one you can select, whether there’s a fee involved, 0.4% fee for Bitcoin deposits, right? And then again, you can select the type of address. You can put in the address and then click send request, and that will do that.
So that is that. So from the dashboard there’s actually a lot you can do, and let’s scroll down a little bit further. Actually, they’re in the middle here, the trading accounts, and they’re below here. So if you have any trading accounts open, then they will be found right here, and you can also create new.
If you click create new, just the same as you do here, the only option that will come up is cTrader, because that is all that’s available. You can click proceed, and then you jump over here to the cTrader section. You’ll notice on the left now cTrader is now in bold.
We’ve got this whole section here where, if you couldn’t do it separate to social trading, which requires investor accounts, and you can see the copy trading video on that later surrounding that. If you wanted to make your own personal trading account that you could trade a demo or a live account yourself with your own funds and trade manually yourself, you can do so by adding account just here.
Here you go to this cTrader section that we just went to from the dashboard, or you can click cTrader from the sidebar, right? Like so, or like here. And then once you get to this point, you can click add account.
One of the most important things to do is to ensure that the product selected is a White Hat Zone cTrader, because you’re a white hat trader. You select the currency you want. Obviously in this case it’s USD. This is for a live account.
Hedging type always, and I always say leverage 500 is best. Add a new account, that’ll be created, same with the demo account, exactly the same. And it’s exactly the same on mobile. You can see the add account section here, and then you can go ahead and just do the exact same thing, select White Hat Zone cTrader, and go and select your preferred leverage and so forth. So that’s how you can create accounts here, quite easily. And then you can access the cTrader application through the web. If you click that, it’ll bring up cTrader on your web browser. Then you can click login with the credentials and you can log into your account and start trading it with cTrader directly on the web. You can download the Windows version, download the Mac version, right?
And on the phone, I recommend downloading cTrader from the App Store or your Google store, whichever phone that you have, and log into cTrader and use the app that way, if you’re not on the computer and on mobile. So that is what this section does. So, just going back to the dashboard again, as it is the main hub and kind of navigates you everywhere.
So we’ve been over last transactions, portfolio, with the balance, we know about our wallets. We’ve got the trading accounts. We’ve been over that. Now, let’s just jump back to wallet.
In fact, in wallet, we don’t have a plus button here. So what we need to do is go over to wallets on the left-hand side. On the mobile, we click the three lines next to our initials.
Go to wallets here. And so wallets are where we would actually deposit our funds into. I will reveal this by clicking show balance.
It’s only $369 in here. You could do the same on mobile, but this is in my fiat wallet. You see that? And I’ve got a little star next to it.
If you unclick that, it takes away from favorites, or you can add it to favorites. Now, this is again where you deposit your funds directly into and you would withdraw your funds from. You transfer it between trading accounts into this and so forth.
So if you want to just keep it as a USD fiat wallet, that’s all good. That’s what you like to always withdraw and get stable coin and everything else, and all good. Now, you do have some choices. If you click add wallet, you also get the choice of having a Bitcoin wallet and also an XRP wallet.
So then if you’re someone who has a lot of Bitcoin, a lot of XRP, and wants to mainly deposit and withdraw mostly into that, then I would recommend having these wallets on hand. So if you added a Bitcoin wallet, add wallet, right? My account limit is reached. So if you’re somebody who wanted an extra wallet, you could get in touch with the BlueStarFX support, who may be able to assist you in having an extra wallet if you also would like a Bitcoin wallet as well.
Otherwise, this USD fiat wallet does everything that you need in terms of withdrawals and deposits. And that is that. So this is essentially everything. We’ve been through the transaction history.
The copy trading is a completely separate video for you guys to check out. We’ve got the dashboard here, and the same happens on mobile. So we’ve gone back to the dashboard, and that is a quick tour around your BlueStarFX back office. Happy trading to you guys, and we’ll see you in the next video.
How to Deposit & Fund Your Back Office

So that is what that section is. You can even click the deposit button directly from here if you wanted to deposit right away. It will take you to the deposit section, where you can go ahead and select the cryptocurrency that you wish to pay with.

There is more on the cryptocurrency videos to help you with that, but that is how you would make a quick deposit. Connect Your Account to the Sentinel Strategy
Show transcript
Hello there, White Hat Zoners, and welcome to this BlueStarFX training, where we are going to show you exactly how you can follow and connect your account to Sentinel. So the first thing you want to do is be in your BlueStarFX back office. Once you are logged in, you go to copy trading.
Click the down arrow for the dropdown menu of copy trading and go to the leaderboard. Let the leaderboard load for a moment, and then go ahead and find Sentinel. And then you click follow.
Note that the minimum deposit for Sentinel is 500 USD. If you click follow, it will bring up the next box. Otherwise, if you click on the name like I did, it brings you here. You click follow in the top right-hand corner.
The first thing to know is that you need to create a new investment account if this is the first time you are connecting to this trader. Each trader needs a new investor account, so always create new on the top tab for that. This is really important.
We need to select the correct platform for this trader, for Sentinel. If we do not, we could cause ourselves losses or any other odd trading activity if we do not select the correct products. The correct product for Sentinel specifically is the real one, so make sure you 100% select the correct product, otherwise it will cause your account issues.
For leverage, we want 1:500. The currency is USD. The performance fee is 30% monthly. You can note that there are no subscription or joining fees, and you can click to acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions. So just to go over everything that we need: a new investor account, make sure you are on the correct product 100%, that needs to be done, USD, 500, leverage 1:500, and it is Sentinel with performance fees of 30% per month. Everything else, click subscribe, and it will bring you to the new box where it tells you that your investor account has been created successfully.
And then, if you have funds in your back office wallet, your four digits, right? Anything with more than four digits is a trading account. You might not want to transfer from a trading account. You may want to deposit funds and transfer straight from your fiat wallet.
You can click that and put in the minimum amount, or anything above that, and you will be able to subscribe and trade Sentinel successfully from there. Thank you for watching this training. See you in the next one. Happy training.
Connect Your Account to Meridian Prime
Show transcript
Hey there, White Hats owners. In this training we are going to go over which product you need to select in order to connect to Meridian Prime correctly. We are looking at Meridian Prime under copy trading, so we will click on the copy trading section and go to the leaderboard.
Once we are at the leaderboard, we will select Meridian Prime, which is right here. When you hover over it, it changes to the account number, but you can see Meridian Prime right here. So you click follow, and then we go to create new. That is important. Then the platform: this is the most important part. You go to the real McCoy. The real McCoy is the platform that lets you trade correctly with Meridian Prime. Leverage one to 500 is important, you are in USD, acknowledge the performance fee, and click to agree to the terms and conditions. Let us go over these settings one more time to make it absolutely clear.
You click follow on Meridian Prime on the leaderboard. You get this pop-up box for create new subscription. It starts off unavailable. You want to click create new right away.
The platform is really important. You have to select the real McCoy for Meridian Prime. The real McCoy for Meridian Prime. Leverage 1 to 500, USD.
Acknowledge the performance fee. Acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions. Click subscribe.
You will then be ready to trade with Meridian Prime. Your account has been created. If you have funds in your USD fiat wallet, which will have a four-digit ID number, you can transfer straight from that, or from an existing trading account, which will be longer than four digits, right here. If you are not sure, you can click out of this, move funds around, and use the transfer button to move your funds from wherever they may be to your new account in the account list under copy trading.
That is how you get connected to Meridian Prime. The product is the real McCoy. That is really important. Creating a new subscription when it shows as not available is really important too. Happy trading to you.
Connect to the Sentinel X PAMM
Show transcript
Hello there, BlueStarFX owners. Welcome to this training on connecting to the Sentinel X PAMM and transferring your balance. To do so, the first thing we want to do is go to our transfer button. You are going to identify it right from this drop-down list.
I have clicked on funds transfer. Then we have got “from” and “to.” So in this drop-down list, I have got these accounts right here, and we are going to select the one that we identified as the one we want to transfer from.
That will be under your copy trading account list. You can see the number here, and it will be in the account list there. So go ahead and select the one you want to transfer funds from, then select the destination.
For now, we can just put it in our fiat wallet, which is the best way to do it. That is just our back office wallet, not a trading account. So I am transferring 35.73 dollars to my fiat wallet from this trading account.
I click transfer and I click confirm. That is now done. So if I go to my dashboard and go to my wallet, I can see now that I have got a wallet balance of 3,741 dollars.
Now I want to head to the PAMM leaderboard. Then I want to go to my.bluestarfx.net and find Sentinel X right here.
That is the PAMM right here, and we are going to click follow. Then we are going to go ahead and click the Sentinel X PAMM right here.
For the investor account, we are going to make sure we are on “create new.” That is really important. Do not select unavailable, but create new.
Then choose USD. Note that there is a performance fee here. Then we check the box to acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions.
So that is all of it. The platform is really important. Make sure you have selected the Sentinel X PAMM, otherwise your account will trade incorrectly.
That would not be good for you. So we have got that platform set, create new, currency USD, acknowledging the terms and conditions, and then we click subscribe.
Once we are there, the new investment account is created. We are going to deposit from your wallet. Here is a quick tip on how you can differentiate between a trading account and your back office wallet, other than the balance of course: the ID number for your back office fiat wallet is only four digits, while trading accounts are seven digits.
So go ahead and click the wallet that you want to transfer the funds from. We are going to put in 3,741 and make the deposit now. And then there we have it.
You should now have, in your own account list under the PAMM, Sentinel X showing up. And your subscription right under here will be listed under investor accounts.
