Scott has been online in the trading space for over 20 years. During that time he has developed trading indicators, automated systems for trading, managed PAMMs, and conducted live trading events across the US.
When Scott Wagstaff, aka Waggy, joined Scott they co-founded Sterling Capital Technologies for the purpose of educating traders and setting up the most sophisticated social trading company in the world.

Scott Wagstaff, better known as “Waggy,” is a professional forex and futures trader with more than a decade of experience in the markets. His trading journey began with an introduction to algorithmic strategies, sparking a fascination with the intersection of technology, data, and human decision-making. Before entering finance, Waggy built a diverse career in entertainment, working across film and television as an actor and producer, while also pursuing real estate ventures. That unconventional background sharpened the instincts he now brings to trading: discipline under pressure, creative problem-solving, and the ability to recognize genuine talent.
Today, Waggy is the co-founder of Sterling Capital Technologies, where he is focused exclusively on advancing financial technology and trader development. He leads the discovery and vetting of trading talent, educates aspiring professionals on what separates a capable trader from a great one, and helps build and source high-quality indicators, algorithms, and trading systems. Combining hard-earned market experience with a natural eye for people and opportunity, Waggy is helping shape a more intelligent, transparent, and technology-driven approach to trading.

Jaz Escamilla is the technologist and systems architect behind Sterling Capital Technologies, designing and running the company’s digital backbone: the website and open education hub, the live verified performance feeds, member onboarding, and the automation and security that keep a growing global community running around the clock.

Steven Torres
Chief of Staff
Steven Torres is Chief of Staff at Sterling Capital Technologies and the operational link between its three co-founders. Working across Scott’s vision, Waggy’s trader vetting, and Jaz’s technology, he keeps the moving parts of a global platform in step: managing systems and platform logistics on the administrative side, carrying priorities between departments, and making sure what gets decided actually gets done.
His second mandate is integrity. Steven leads account verification and validation, confirming that every member account is correctly connected, properly set up, and performing exactly as designed. He runs the system checks that catch issues before members ever feel them, and holds every account to established procedures, processes, and protocols.

On performance: their own accounts, their own numbers
Here’s my actual NET results for Sentinel Z, June 2 through July 1. A fantastic 25% return for the month, after all fees! These are my numbers, my personal account, your mileage may vary 😃
I have been diversified in Sentinel, x, z and Meridian, and I’m in profit with the 4 accounts combined. I started these around the minimums but I’m happy that today I woke up to all accounts intact and still in profit. Onward and upward!
Sentinel is certainly killing it. Together with Meridian I’m circa 40% of the way to recovering from GE in two months! At this rate should be at breakeven within 3 months and looking at doubling the account with 6-7 months. Not too shabby 😜
